"They were to be here between 12-3. They called at 10:30 a.m. to Say they could come then. I told them I would not be available until 11:30. They waited until I got home. They did not charge me for the wait time. When they moved the furniture they did a great job. No marks/damage on anything. The furniture didn’t have any damage. I was very impressed with them. My sister also used them to move more of her things. I will definitely use them again!"

"Working with Michael to set up the two moves with terrific. My problems came from the actual movers. The first movers dropped a heavy piece and damaged it. This group to our items to a location where they were transferred to another group to finish the move. More damage happened. The second move was done by a different group who picked up our things and delivered them. Again some damage. My problem with the second move was with the claim department at National Van Lines. I was overly careful about the damages I claimed (only submitting the largest items or easiest to replace), but had to negotiate to get a fair deal. BUT NVL did set me up with a great guy who could fix most of the damaged items."
