"I am not pleased with the service I received! They damaged my waterline and stated someone would be out to fix it. It's been 9 months and no one will return my calls nor have they come to fix what they damaged! They ruined my lawn and never came back to replace the soil they dug up! They ruined my basement floor and I had to replace my entire floor! They said they would be out to test the sump pump and drains that were installed, again, it's been 9 months and no one has followed up with me! I'm really concerned that the lifetime warranty they say I have even exists!"

Of course it was a good for today sign now price I had more estimates lined up but after 6 hrs and him acting like he was my husbands new bf and beer buddy he signed. Scheduled walkthrough- that was cancelled. Started work and had ?issues? that walk through would have found. Blew circuit breaker in workshop of basement, we now need an electrician bc even w replacing the circuit breaker w a new breaker it still turns off. Quotedi time length/ what they would be able to do by salesman- all wrong. Workers say it will be twice as long and what sales man said they could go around they can not. Workers are extremely polite and nice. Will update review when they are finished w work. Today 7/30 will be day 3. "

Typically, waterproofing a basement should last up to 10 years. However, it’s worth noting that with proper maintenance and depending on the waterproofing method and installation quality, you can probably squeeze another decade out of it.

Although waterproofing your basement may not directly increase the value of your home, it will protect the value you already have by preventing water damage. A basement without any signs of water will be more appealing to prospective home buyers. A leaky basement is a major red flag during a home inspection, and it will likely reduce the amount that buyers are willing to pay.

Some disadvantages of crawl spaces are mostly regarding the air itself—moisture build-up and poor ventilation, which can cause problems both in the house and underneath it, even damaging the foundation itself.
