It was difficult getting the rusted bolts loosened, another plumber gave up, but with patience Valu-Rooter got the job done. They were careful with their tools on our tile floor and cleaned up after themselves.

I was getting drain flies in my basement and discovered through an open floor drain that my sewer line was filling with grease and fat. Mr. Roto was the company able to come the fastest (within a few hours.) The tech quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested sewer jetting because he said snaking would not be effective for grease buildup. The price was quite a sticker shock but I just wanted the problem taking care of ASAP. He was able to clear the lines and also performed camera inspection. He didnt find any cracks in the piping but did discover that a large portion of my line was flat. The tech stressed that this is a big concern for the future but suggested i try being very careful about what I put down my drain and flush the toilets extra times and see how long it would last. Fixing the problem would involve digging up my finished basement floor and up to 10K...obviously this would only be a desperate last resort. 
Thought the price was a bit steep and also did not receive a video copy of the camera inspection...something that i discovered after the fact that is quite standard. Also the tech had to keep running back to his truck quite often during the jetting....not sure if there was something wrong with his equipment....hopefully it didnt take away too much time from the job. 
Would use again only in an emergency where time is main concern.

The guys who came out were a pleasure to deal with.  Despite some issues beyond their control (a defective part on a tank) they got the job done, staying until 10:00 p.m. on a Friday night.  They were nice guys.  I felt comfortable having them in my home.  The hot water tank is still working fine.

Found and repaired gas leak under kitchen sink.   Did good job.   Had to come back next day since water heater pilot light went out when gas was turned off.   Came back for no charge, no problem.   Very professional.

Had a water leak and he took of the issue and cured the leak promptly. He did a great job.

It had been almost a year since I had the last clean out done. Have a maple tree near the sewer line and had water in basement so wanted to be sure it was clear to the street before I spent money on waterproofing the basement. Mike J came to perform the service. I've talked to Personnel before and they are always very nice to work with and seem honest. He explained what he saw and used a camera which I specified as the last checkup didn't go all the way to the street as is 85 ft to the street and last service company charged extra to go beyond 75 ft. There were not many roots in the system so wasn't here very long. Said the other clean out by the downstairs washer would require special tools to open up and probably not necessary unless having problems.

THIS PLUMBER WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND CHARGED A REASONABLE PRICE FOR THE WORK. HE SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT WITHIN A WEEK OF WHEN WE PLACED THE CALL, AND GAVE A ROUGH ESTIMATE OF COST OVER THE PHONE. THE FINAL BILL WAS LESS THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED. THE PLUMBER ARRIVED ON TIME, AND EXPLAINED THE WORK THAT HE WAS DOING. WE WERE PLEASED WITH HIS WORK AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.
