As we changed our mind due to our budget constraints, the service was never performed but this business will be our first choice when we can complete our project.

We agreed to a start date of the project for the first week in July,2007,which was the same week as my vacation. I wrote Gino a check for 4,000.00 as a deposit on May 31,2007. AG WATERPROOFING INC. never honored the date. AG WATERPROOFING INC. did not call or show up to start project. I called Gino and left a message. Gino called back and stated he could not start project or give me a definite start date. Gino repeatedly delayed project, giving me various excuses. I asked Gino to start the project or give me my deposit back. Gino stated he does not have my 4,000.00. I informed Gino that more damage has occurred since our original start date. Leakage has occurred in other areas which is damaging my finished basement(knotty pine walls with wood floors). I sought legal advise. I was advised to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I filed a complaint on August 27,2007. AG WATERPROOFING made payments totaling the 4,0000.00 owed. I received the last payment on January 8, 2008.

The basement waterproofing would be $9,400 and he said he would have to get in and check it out to see if we needed dry well done for $1,500 to $2,000. I think if you are a basement water proofer you should be able to know if you need that done just by looking at it. I just didn't trust him.

HAD A SEWER PROBLEM- THEY TRIED TO FIND IT AND REPLACE PIPE. PROBLEMS THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE JOB. WAS SUPPOSED TO REMOVE PILE OF DIRT IN THE SPRING. CAN'T GET HIM TO COME BACK OUT AND DO IT. NOW WANTS TO CHARGE HIM MORE TO PICK IT UP.
