"Had a sump pump that was not working properly and the weather called for heavy rain all day. Called Mullaly Plumbing very early in the morning and was surprised I did not receive voice mail. Doug came out that morning and replaced the sump pump and also checked some other issues I was concerned about. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely hire again."

"Called the plumber and came out the next day to do the work inside the toilet and the trap. They discovered there is more to it. They worked on it for about 25 minutes in a very hot day. They recommend to me that a new toilet to be replace down the road. I was thankful to them for letting me know and to start planning the bathroom renovation/remodel. I have had them a couple of time before and the plumber was able to explain to me how to fix the faucet and the toilet tank (not comfortable for me). But at least I know how to do the simple one."

However, Brian is horrible on responding to texts, phone calls and emails. It is extremely hard to get a hold of him and, he hasn?t shown up for scheduled appointments with no notice or reason given. Very frustrating to communicate with him. But, if your lucky enough to get his attention - he does excellent work."

"Very happy with the service and the price. On Sunday of Memorial weekend of course my basement drain and main is clogged. I called another nationally known service at 10 am because they had clearly listed 24/7 service. They quoted me a holiday emergency price to come out and said they would call me before they would come and anticipating between 1 and 3 pm as they had another call first. 5 pm and still no call no call. I called their answering service and they had the service man call me back and he said his call ran late but he would call me before he came out. 7 pm still no call. At 8:20 pm I gave up on the national service and I called Allen. It was pouring rain and Xavier arrived around 9 pm. He explained the process and the guarantee. Was very polite and set me at ease. Service was complete by 10 pm and main drain running again. The cost was 2/3rd's the price of the national chain (that never showed up or called back)."
