Pierce Plumbing

They took off during the half of construction, changed 2ppl work,actually one person was sitting in the car,the main working person without license, pipe was broken after one month,actually the companys license is expired I guess, pls verify their license!!

Declined to write this review, as I realized this would be necessary for people who are searching for reliable plumbers. I donâ t want the terrible experience happen on anybody again. I knew pierce plumbing from their advertisements. I called this company to ask about the issue (sent him the pictures) and price. Richard answered the phone and promised , â it looks like a miner issue ,only if the leaking pipe line is underneath the cement, I have to break it to fix the pipe,In that case price would be $1850 which is a maximum.â I thought it pretty make sense plus my contractor was busy during that time (thatâ s why I was looking for advertisements) and chose Richard to do the job. He came to the property late for a scheduled appointment(I was leaving)and called me saying he just started the job on the front yard !!But when my tenant came back home ,he called me since no any contractâ s there, the issue was not fixed, only the tools were left at the front of the door ! I called Richard afterwards but got no response until 5pm. He called me back and said leaking pipe was fixed! And the price was $1850! I was shocked and asked him how he calculated! â Cause itâ s a 5 hour labor for 2 people! We dug 3 feet deep! But if you pay in Zelle, itâ s $1550!â He said ( i asked for the pictures to show his work, itâ s not a 3feet deep digging!leaking pipe was not under cement!2 person job not necessary,definitely! 5 hours canâ t be proved(including his off without notice) what I was even more shocked , with said words, he still charged my tenant $1850 on Zelle. He didnâ t mention the â $1550â when he knew my tenant was the one paying. He agreed to reimburse $300 but never got a response again. I guess this review is the best way to pass the message, â Honesty is the best Policyâ . Perhaps they do likeâ one timeâ business,otherwise everything canâ t explain! Meanwhile,itâ s better to choose a plumber from a friend,a neighbor,a relative that theyâ ve tried, definitely not a plumbing service from advertisement that you donâ t know.

Very professional, neat clean detail oriented, and thorough. There was some difficulty with the supplier, but the owner stepped in supportively and took care of it. Best customer service I've seen in a long time! Hourly charge seemed slightly high but the quality was excellent.

I have had history with pierce plumbing with handful of small projects. Their quality of work that they do is professional and clean. The budget and expectation of cost is transparent and upfront, with no surprises. Very happy working with there plumbers. Thank you.
