"Greg the inspector came out, nice guy very knowledgeable, I spent 14800 in waterproofing and mold removal, new sump pump and a air purifier. Greg and I went over everything the crew was going to do. Well where the water issue I was most concerned about , they side step and only put the drain tile down the middle and not at both sides. Stay Dry ended up sending 1 person to put tile in on both sides and fixed that issue, now I am having water issue where I was not having issues before and come to find out where my water line comes in they just put gravel under and did not put the concrete back in that area. So now I have a new leak and I can't seem to get this company to come back out for a 3rd time to fix this issue. Also I have water coming up from the newly concrete floor, I was told that the concrete has to cure for awhile which I understand that, but I don't think it should be seeping up along the cracks where the new and old concrete meets. Waiting on this company to correct."

"They are overpriced, did not take proper precautions to protect our carpet, promised us professional carpet cleaning, then sent out two of their guys with rags and a shop vac to “clean” the carpets. Then we were told it’s not policy to send out carpet cleaners, and that we’re on our own. We were promised 4 different things involving quality of the project, none were done. This place is a total scam, and has SERIOUS communication and misinformation issues internally. Would never use them again. All they did was open up walls, spray some stuff, made a mess, and left us to handle any problems stemming from their lack of attention to detail, and crappy policies."

"George estimated the work to repair our granite and worked on it twice. The last day was a full Saturday and he called it a day saying he had a few hours more to finish the job. He seemed trustworthy throughout the job and asked for half of the payment knowing he would complete it on Wednesday. Shame on me for trusting him and giving him half of the payment. He showed his true colors when he failed to show today and did not respond to my text messages asking if he was running late or needed to reschedule. He dismissed my phone call this evening and then hung up so no voice message could be left. I didn’t think anything of the scam warning from Zelle when I paid half but I now have learned not to trust anyone, as genuine as they might seem, until the work is done. I hope others see this review so they will not fall into the same trap. George will likely lose a lot more future business than the $350 he took from me if he doesn’t respond and finish the job."
