Marlene was well informed, her experience was clearly seen and she was not offended when I made the decision to not have the refinishing done. They just came in, did their job, and were very professional. They were also very reasonable and of course everything was guaranteed. There was one place in our bathroom shower, which was the caddy that split and they replaced it. They are coming again this week because we feel that it is getting ready to split again and they want to look at it see because they said they have never had anything like this.
