He identified some modern energy efficient skylights and we contracted to have him do the replacement. He removed the old skylights, rebuilt the roof opening, installed the skylights, installed the flashing and shingles, and sealed everything. No more leaks. He then trimmed out the interior opening, stained the trim to match existing trim, and installed remotely-operated, solar-powered shades. It was a top-notch job.

"Jim & Ben were on it... and the den now looks great! It was a dark worn wood look and now it's fresh and beautiful! Fantastic job! Jim recommended (in changing dark wood to a light color) to caulk all cracks and that was a tremendous suggestion. Everything was sprayed and they used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint...the primer and new coats of paint are smooth, even and very professionally done...really awesome!
