"Dublin Plumbing LLC did an outstanding job. They were quick, accurate, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.
Our older home was not properly plumbed under the kitchen sink, which caused issues with water backing up into the right sink from the left sink when the garbage disposal was run. In addition, the sink started draining very slowly. At that point, we contacted Dublin Plumbing LLC, and they promptly came out and provided an estimate for the extensive work that needed to be done to correct the problem.
They were able to schedule our job several days later. They showed up on time. Jim was present on-site to oversee the work most of the time. The installation of the new drain, vent, faucet & garbage disposal all went well.
They were able to access the drain pipes below in the basement by neatly cutting access panels in the back of a built-in cabinet. They replaced the access panels, and they don't look like they were ever cut.
When they discovered that they needed a bigger piece of equipment to clear the clogged drain under the basement floor that the kitchen sink drains into, they promptly scheduled this for early the next morning, and they quickly got that drain cleared.
We also had a clean-out plug stuck in the basement floor for the main line. They drilled it out and replaced it with a new plug.
After all of the work had been completed, Jim followed up with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied.
Jim, Aaron, Chad & Chris all worked on our project. It was a pleasure to have them work in our home.

"They were very professional. They came out and tried to snake my kitchen sink. They weren't able to do so and said they needed to install new drain pipe. They quoted me with one days work and ~1k. They were a second opinion because Benjamin Franklin tried to charge me 3k! They were beyond friendly and helpful and listened to my concerns. The drain pipe was installed within a day!! "First I had a bathroom issue from a water problem.  Gary's estimate made the most sense to me and he took extra time to explain what needed to be done.  I had an idea of what I wanted and he took it from there.  We needed to reroute the plumbing to an inside wall. He explained it all to me in a way I understood and did a great job! He also installed the new dry wall ceiling in the bathroom below.  I managed to segue him into the kitchen! My 1965 kitchen was in dire need of a makeover.  He turned it into a 2014 kitchen.  The first day demo was so quick and efficient, I was in shock!  I told Gary what I wanted and he helped me make decisions along the way. I had no experience with new construction and had no idea what to expect. Gary showed me my options and explained how he was going to make my decisions happen.  He built the countertop himself including trim, installed a LOT of cabinets, installed appliances (rerouted plumbing for the refrigerator), rerouted electrical to move old wiring and lighting placement with new placement and lighting fixtures. He worked the plumbing for a new disposal and replaced all the outlets and switches.  He installed all the flooring and was VERY knowledgeable in helping me pick the flooring for my needs. He has great taste in colors too. :-)  I asked his advice on different issues and he was more than willing to help me.  He was patient and understanding.  So in all, Gary can and did do it all.  
My kitchen looks incredible!  He was super nice to my dog Jim who I think will miss him more than I will. :-) I have many other jobs in this house and will call Gary first. He is my "go to" guy and look forward to working with him in the future.

"Jim & Ben were on it... and the den now looks great! It was a dark worn wood look and now it's fresh and beautiful! Fantastic job! Jim recommended (in changing dark wood to a light color) to caulk all cracks and that was a tremendous suggestion. Everything was sprayed and they used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint...the primer and new coats of paint are smooth, even and very professionally done...really awesome! Jim even came back after the job was completed to touch-up and make it extra nice! Please, take our advise, get a quote from Jim BEFORE you give the job out...you won't be disappointed:)"

"My husband and I knew absolutely nothing about remodeling a kitchen when we started gathering recommendations for contractors.  Well, that's not true.  We knew of their general reputation, which was that they were highly unreliable, and given to trying to extract more money from you than was agreed upon.  Not a good preconception.  Let me begin this review by saying that I know with certainty from my experience with Pat and Dale that they are completely ethical, responsible professionals. 
Greystone was one of 3 contractors we interviewed for our remodel.  They came in with the lowest bid.  We were immediately impressed with Pat and Dale's professional and open demeanor.  It was made clear that we could call with any questions both prior to the job start and throughout the building.  Dale is the architect half of the team, with Pat providing interior decorator services.  We were surprised that Dale showed up on the first day of the job, and found out quickly that he came on site every day.  We were delighted to learn that he was also a co-owner of the company!  How often do you have an owner overseeing the work you're paying for?  He is also a perfectionist, which we didn't mind at all.
Dale and his employees showed up every day around 9:00AM and left at 5-6:00PM.  If they didn't show up for work one day it was because they were waiting on items they hadn't yet received (cabinetry, pendants, flooring, etc.).  We were always told if there would be a no work day (which happened rarely). The sub-contractors Dale and Pam hired were, to a man, responsible, hard-working men. And they all cleaned up after themselves, treating our home and garage as if it were their own.  They finished our medium sized kitchen in a mind-boggling 4 weeks!
Both Pam and Dale had terrific ideas for our kitchen.  Pam makes the sometimes arduous, often anxiety producing shopping of parcels for your kitchen (granite, cabinetry, sink, flooring, etc.) as pain free as possible.  And for those customers who don't have a lot of confidence in esthetic matters, she is a terrific resource who can help you get the beautiful kitchen you want, but weren't able to visualize.
Both my husband and myself highly recommend without reservation Greystone Interiors.  Peace of mind is worth a lot in my opinion.  And that is what you'll enjoy if you hire these proficient, highest standard seeking professionals."

"This contractor came to the house to give me an estimate for the work.  The estimate was about $750 and included the tile and materials.   He was courteous and professional.  He gave me the name of someone at the tile shop who would work with me to pick out the tile I would buy.  I did so and ordered the tile which came in about 1 week later.  Justin and his helper came promptly to install the tile and did an excellent job.  The tile work came in about $100 less than the original estimate.  Since his company also does landscaping, I asked him to trim the bushes in my front yard which he did the next day for $60.  I would highly recommend this company for the quality of their work, their professionalism and responsiveness, and the prices they charge.  I definitely would use them again.
