They did the best carpet cleaning I have ever seen. They use a brush on the carpet first which pulls out the dirt. They then use the steam cleaner. I was amazed at how clean they were able to get the carpets.

Micah performed the carpet cleaning and was very efficient and pleasant.  He spent about 2 hours doing the 4 areas and the stairs.  He also applied a stain repellant on the carpet after cleaning it though it appeared to me that this stain repellant made the carpet a little more stiff in texture...

I placed a call to Stanley Steamer to make an appointment to get the carpets cleaned and they were able to come that day.  The crew were very professional and quickly worked to clean and deodorize the carpets.

Great job cleaning the carpets.  They were very easy to work with, set up a quick appointment, and my only complaint is I was coordinating the carpet cleaning with the housecleaning service, and the carpet cleaners came 2 hours earlier than expected.  But it all worked out, and I'd use them...

My wife and I were very impressed with Technicare's carpet cleaning. We have used Technicare in the past for other cleaning (i.e. Difficult to reach windows, chandelier) but never for carpet. Carpet looked great and the Technicare employees were very courteous, etc. I would rate the appearance...
