"Dublin Plumbing LLC did an outstanding job. They were quick, accurate, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.
Our older home was not properly plumbed under the kitchen sink, which caused issues with water backing up into the right sink from the left sink when the garbage disposal was run. In addition, the sink started draining very slowly. At that point, we contacted Dublin Plumbing LLC, and they promptly came out and provided an estimate for the extensive work that needed to be done to correct the problem.
They were able to schedule our job several days later. They showed up on time. Jim was present on-site to oversee the work most of the time. The installation of the new drain, vent, faucet & garbage disposal all went well.
They were able to access the drain pipes below in the basement by neatly cutting access panels in the back of a built-in cabinet. They replaced the access panels, and they don't look like they were ever cut.
When they discovered that they needed a bigger piece of equipment to clear the clogged drain under the basement floor that the kitchen sink drains into, they promptly scheduled this for early the next morning, and they quickly got that drain cleared.
We also had a clean-out plug stuck in the basement floor for the main line. They drilled it out and replaced it with a new plug.
After all of the work had been completed, Jim followed up with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied.
Jim, Aaron, Chad & Chris all worked on our project. It was a pleasure to have them work in our home.

"First I had a bathroom issue from a water problem.  Gary's estimate made the most sense to me and he took extra time to explain what needed to be done.  I had an idea of what I wanted and he took it from there.  We needed to reroute the plumbing to an inside wall. He explained it all to me in a way I understood and did a great job! He also installed the new dry wall ceiling in the bathroom below.  I managed to segue him into the kitchen! My 1965 kitchen was in dire need of a makeover.  He turned it into a 2014 kitchen.  The first day demo was so quick and efficient, I was in shock!  I told Gary what I wanted and he helped me make decisions along the way. I had no experience with new construction and had no idea what to expect. Gary showed me my options and explained how he was going to make my decisions happen.  He built the countertop himself including trim, installed a LOT of cabinets, installed appliances (rerouted plumbing for the refrigerator), rerouted electrical to move old wiring and lighting placement with new placement and lighting fixtures. He worked the plumbing for a new disposal and replaced all the outlets and switches.  He installed all the flooring and was VERY knowledgeable in helping me pick the flooring for my needs. He has great taste in colors too. :-)  I asked his advice on different issues and he was more than willing to help me.  He was patient and understanding.  So in all, Gary can and did do it all.  
My kitchen looks incredible!  He was super nice to my dog Jim who I think will miss him more than I will. :-) I have many other jobs in this house and will call Gary first. He is my "go to" guy and look forward to working with him in the future.

"Jim (the owner), upon my invitation, previewed the job to be done and mentioned that he would need to "mud" a certain wall. Most of the other preparation for painting was done.
He and his helper, Joe, advised me about color, mixed paint, and did an expert job of painting the kitchen and partial other area.
However, Jim accidentally left the joint compound out of his vehicle, which was needed to skim the wall. I asked him if he thought it was fair not to charge me for him going to get some, as it would take some time out of our day. He agreed.
He also spent some time talking on the phone outside on more than one occasion. His helper actually went and got him at one point. I figured something like an hour was lost altogether on these activities. I was going to ask them to stay a little longer to make up for some lost time, but it turned out they needed about 1/2 (x 2 guys=1 hour) to take their gear out, clean and wash stuff out, and load it into their truck. So I let that go. Then Jim presented me with a bill for an extra hour and the cost of a bucket of joint compound! We had already discussed this and agreed that this was his responsibility, so I was a little shocked. I was willing to pay for an extra hour of his helper's work, since they were there longer, but not the rest of it. He wanted me to pay for a gallon of joint compound, even though his job description says he will provide common materials like spackle. He tried to badger me into it with irrelevant arguments like how he doesn't usually stop by to see the job (which was vital, as it turned out, and he was willing at the time), how usually they had lunch breaks, etc. (for a four-hour time period?), and pseudo-emotional appeal stuff. Their painting was fine, but I definitely did not feel like I got ten "labor hours" worth of value.
To top things off, I overheard Jim, when he thought I was out of earshot, telling someone that he "had the homeowner staring at him". What I was doing was trying to figure out how much to lighten the color, and he knew that. It was not that I was watching their every brush stroke.
 
I would have had them back to finish the job, and hired them for other things, but as it turned out, I never want to see them again.
