"I have had Frank do work for me before. He is very professional. When I changed a bathroom fixture and added work, he provided me with the additional cost in a timely manner and requested my approval before proceeding. Frank did bathroom tub replacement, new exhaust fan in 2 bathrooms a food disposal and installed a new attic ladder in the garage. He came back and reinstalled a towel bar that I have tried to put up and no additional cost to me. I completely trust Frank to come into my house do the work and I do not have to be present when the work is being done."
