Needed a new cover and arms for my hot tub, the cover is oriented in the wrong direction so it won't work with the new arms that I never received. The cover was supposedly the deluxe version, but it is only 1.5 inches thick. Once I pointed out these issues the communication ceased with no call backs or texts. I drove by the address of the company listed and the building is for rent. What a scam. "
