Mike and his crew were amazing! I am a first time pool owner and had so many questions. They were knowledgeable, patient and answered every question I had! I can’t recommend them enough! So thankful to have found this company and we will be using them for many years to come!!!!

Its nice when a business owner answers the phone and not have to be put on hold ...you know button 1 parts button 2 service hold for twenty minutes you know the routine..Mike is also willing to direct you to another pro if its something not in the scope of his expertise. From the initial call to the completion of the job Mike was very thorough and professional. He really knew the pool operations and was able to figure out my pool issue quickly and completely. He was able to come out same day that I called and he even followed up the next day to be sure all was good (no one in this business has ever done that for me or the rest of my family who also owns pool!) Very personable too! Great job!

Mike is the consummate professional! From the get-go, he was on top of the whole project. He was courteous on the phone, when I was setting up the appointment. He was flexible about the time of the appointment and VERY accommodating! Once he arrived, he and his associate (I'm sorry that I don't remember his name) were fast, efficient, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all of my questions (and didn't make me feel stupid about asking them, which is a pleasant change). Mike told us to call or message him with any questions, and he actually responded promptly and courteously every time. He has since checked back (unprompted by us) to make sure everything is still running smoothly. You can trust Mike to do good work and to STAND BY IT. I will call him again, without hesitation, in the Fall to close our pool down for the winter. Thanks, Mike!

Out of all the companies I contacted, I got a call right away from Mike. He worked with me on a Date and Time, that I had to change. He got me a new one right away. He sent an employee with 25 years experience who absolutely knew his pools. Highly Recommended if you want no hassle, and someone to work with you on a pool.

misunderstanding about what was inculded

When he came he told me what needed to be done to our pool, he didn't sell me anything that I didn't need to get, he told me about the pool itself and when he would recommend for it to be fixed, there is nothing wrong with it now, he showed us how to take care of it and when the chemicals need to be put into the pool, he will come back once a month to make sure that we are doing it right and he will help us get the pool ready for winterization. He was very knowledgable, helpful, he likes what he does and he is very good at what he does, I would recommend him to people, we are out of his area and he told us it would be costly but we don't mind for he took care of our pool and helped us become a little more knowledgable out taking care of our pool. Thanks Mikey you are our lifesaver and we are happy to have finally found someone who knows about pools and to help us if we need him.

Mike from Mikey's Pools was great. I bought a heater at the end of last season and needed to hook it up when I opened my pool this year. I also have a salt system. I didn't have any idea how to open up the pool. Mike came out and took care of everything and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using him to close my pool this year and open it next year.

These guys did a great job of getting back to me and getting me on their schedule even during the busy memorial day season - they do excellent work
