"Appliance Pro, Jim Thompson, quoted a price of $500 to repair my refrigerator that was icing up and making the fan noisy. He basically bragged to me (twice) about giving a one year warranty and probably being the only company to do so. I let them do the fix and now the refrigerator is doing the exact same thing again 10 months later. When I talked to him about it and asked about his warranty he pretended to know nothing about it and wanted to know who told that to me. When I stated HE DID he asked me to send him the invoice and he would get back to me that day. Well, you probably know the rest. I have not heard from him in about a week and I am sure I will not hear from him in the future. It seems he will tell you anything he needs to in order cut the conversation and then good luck having him stand behind what he tells you or has told you. I know I will not waste any more of my time or money with this so called company. A really sad way to do business."

Our service is top notch and fully efficient. Our trucks are perfectly equipped for moving with Pads, dollies, Plastic and much more. We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

We use nontoxic solutions to safely and effectively clean your carpet and treat pet urine stains & odors to keep your pets and family healthy. If you have a pet, you need our pet safe carpet cleaning process. We also donate more to the local animal adoption center each time you schedule carpet cleaning. We have pets of our own so we know how important it is to take care of pet stain & odor issues safely & effectively. We have a customized treatment for just about every pet stain and odor problem you can think of. We can deal with dander, odor, oily spots, urine and situations that require a more advanced approach. But don’t worry, there are plenty of pet stains that come out with our standard steam cleaning process! For stains that are a little more stubborn we can use our Basic Pet Treatment process by pretreating the area with urine stain remover which helps neutralize and remove yellowing, then we thoroughly steam clean the area. After thoroughly cleaning the area we apply an enzyme that treats the fibers and neutralizes odors. If stains and odors are caused by frequent pet urination in the same spot, we can step up to our Advanced Pet Treatment process. We treat the carpet fibers and the padding by pretreating the area with urine stain remover. We then saturate the padding with an oxygen powered solution to break down stains and odors. After waiting 30 minutes for the enzymes to work their magic, we extract the stain with high-powered extraction. Sounds scary but it’s not bad for your carpet or your pets! Once extraction is complete we thoroughly clean the area again with a process that is designed to cancel out odors, leaving a light, pleasant fragrance. If our Advanced Pet Treatment is not enough we can get more aggressive and go a step further by disengaging the carpet, replacing the padding and sealing the subfloor. We will do everything we can to get your carpet back in great shape.

"I had a fantastic experience with Greene Solutions! Every point of contact was professional, from office associates to the company's owner. I own an old house (100 years old) with knob-and-tube wiring. That old wiring threw a spanner in the works, i.e., the old wiring had to come out in order to install insulation. I had a devil of a time finding an electrical company to do this job. Finally I called Greene Solution's owner (I was in tears) and said I was giving up; no one would do the job. He told me he'd try to find a company while I was vacationing in VT. Well, when I got back, he'd located a company and my contacts with that company (Brett Short Circuits) were completely satisfactory. There were several phases to my project, and all went splendidly. The solar attic fan was installed and I'm very pleased. Basement ductwork was sealed (Aeroseal). My goodness! Positive results were immediate: I moved one entire category higher in efficient usage with both the gas and electric companies! The old attic insulation was removed before the electrical work started. Greene Solutions did this attic cleaning. What a dirty job! Given the age of my house, the workers had to contend with a mega-buildup of old coal dust. Yuck! The electrical company (Brett Short Circuits) then did the rewiring of my entire house. This was a huge job and I was completely satisfied with their work. The team of electricians assigned to my job was excellent, extremely hard workers. They were very conscientious about cleaning before they left each evening. They used canvas drop cloths to cover my furniture as they moved from room to room. Finally, they kept me entirely 'in the loop' re their schedules. I appreciated their courteous and respectful attitudes. Their work was approved and signed off on immediately by city inspectors. New wiring in place, the project then moved to the insulation phase of the project. Greene Solutions did this phase of the project. It took two days to get this job done. Attic, walls, and basement were insulated. This was another hugely dirty job, given the old coal dust in my house. For those of you who don't have experience with coal dust ... thank your lucky stars. It gets into everything (even wood grain) and it stays. This particular phase of the project took two days. I was very pleased with Greene Solution's team of workers. They were courteous, respectful of my space, and were heads-down workers. Another great team! Door installation awaits delivery of the doors. Of course, all had to be custom-made, given the age of my house. Greene Solutions will do this phase of the project and I anticipate no problems. Founded by Forest Smith near the end of the Second World War, Beachwold Hardware was perfectly positioned for the building boom that took place in what was then the far north part of Columbus, Ohio. Many, if not most, of the houses in the Beechwold neighborhood were built in the 1950’s and early 60’s and most of the still has hardware that was purchased at Beechwold Hardware. In August of 1965 we became Beechwold ACE Hardware. About that time Jack Smith took over from his father and operated two other stores in addition to this location. Beechwold also doubled in size to its current 5000 square feet. Still family owned, Malcolm Moore (Jack’s son-in-law) is now running the store. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, knowledgeable neighborhood store with the selection of a “big box” store but without all the walking around.
