"I ordered all new windows from Mike Murnane upon returning home from deployment on June 17, 2024. Mike never ordered the windows. He stole a $5,000 down payment and strung me along for almost a year. Toward the end of November 2024, mike admitted the windows hadn’t been ordered but he was working on other jobs and would pay me back in a week. This continued for months. Filing a lawsuit. These guys are absolute crooks, do not trust them with anything. Update as of 04/22/2025 In regards to the review below, you guys are comical liars. Numerous calls were placed to your office in the early months. You guys sure knew mike then. You guys were able to get ahold of him a few times I couldn't. Your business has atlas exteriors listed as a DBA. All of this has been recorded, pictures saved, and the old "oh we don't know that employee" does not work when I have called your office for him and your secretaries get ahold of him for us. Months later you switched to suddenly not knowing a person using a listed DBA you have given business cards to? Same address? It'll get sorted in court unless money is returned."

"I would leave 10 starts if I could. Communication and updates were great from start to finish. NIKO and MANUEL are absolutely wonderful. They worked my porch and patio projects start to finish. Both are very precise in their workmanship and such a pleasure to work with. Parks Sr. and Shawn were on top of everything throughout. I could not have asked for a better team to work with. "Ron and his crew from Richardson Exteriors were nothing shy of incredible to work with. Ron was very honest and extremely helpful throughout the process of picking out siding, etc. His crew worked hard and did an amazing job and were very professional. "Beware, this guy is a crook. Not only did he take us for $325, he faked a death so not to return to fix the leaks. Was told his work was 100% guaranteed, and he was ‘sure’ to identify the root-cause. Gave a quote for $325, and told us the job would take 45 minutes, a little concerned, that $325 for less than a 1 hour worth of work was right, went against my better judgement. The biggest mistake was paying by check, not credit card, thus had no recourse. When he came to the house was on the property for 30 minutes, took him 20 minutes to set-up the ladder, and only spent 10 minutes on the roof… a complete scam-artist. When the leak was never fixed, we called him to return, only for him to start faking crying a family death, which he couldn’t return to the property for another week. Never showed, and ran away with our $325 check. If you’re still dumb enough to use this crook, and he shows-up on the property, run fast. We are filling a lawsuit to gain our refund. True Crook, True Scam Artist, makes me not want to use Angie’s List. Buyer Beware"
