Garage door has been extremely noisy and not opening the garage door in cold weather. Now works like a charm! The work was done quickly, professionally and efficiently. They were not prompt in arrival - were 30 minutes later than last projected time in a 2 hour window, so I missed an extra 2 hours of work waiting around for no reason. And they were going to charge me more than twice as much as the "Angi price with coupon" so I had to be persistent about the charge. Everything else other than those two issues was great. I am satisfied with the result.

Perfectly! Repair tech (Anthony) was here less than 2 hours after I called. Knew exactly the issue, showed me the problem and told me why they don't use that dual-spring system, then got to work. Start to finish was about 45 mins. He explained the maintenance of the new spring and made sure the Genie garage door opener was calibrated correctly for the new spring. Hopefully the upgraded spring will lengthen the life of the motor! Great job Anthony!

One spring broke. Company came out right away and.installed 2 new springs and check garage door over. They lubricated all moving parts. Tech instructed me on how to maintain door. He also instructed me on how to install bottom rubber liner.

Best Experience I could ask for. I called on a Saturday afternoon at about 4pm. My call was answered on the first ring by a person (not a machine) and immediately set up repair for Monday afternoon. Serviceman arrived within service window, completed repair in 30 or so minutes. He took the time to oil my springs and hinges, test the features of the opener to be sure everything else was in working order and be sure I was happy with his service. All total he was here about 45 minutes. Everything socially distanced, wore a mask. I highly recommend.

We contacted various garage door companies for a quote on a complete garage door system, including a new door, opener and keypad all with wi fi capability, to replace a 20 year old system. Columbus Ohio Garage Door was very responsive, answered numerous questions promptly and provided the best option for what we needed. Anthony performed the work by himself on a Friday afternoon and did an excellent job. He removed the old system (including haul away), installed the new system, explained how to operate everything and cleaned up completely. Highly recommend.

They gave me a 3 hour window for arrival on two different days and didn’t make either one of them. Ended up having them call me when they were on their way. They said the bottom gasket they brought on day 1 was the wrong one, but when they arrived day 2 they ended up using the same one they brought day 1? I paid for a tune up which was basically spraying lube on all the metal on metal parts. Didn’t check or tighten any screws or make any other checks, what a waste of money. Not even worth the $39 coupon rate. What they did worked but definitely not done well or professionally!
