"This review will never do justice to the Dave Richards Home Improvement Co. I am very limited on how many words I can share on this site in a review. Will share my complete review on Google and Co site. We were quite hesitant to even start such a large construction project in our home. We had never had this level of work done within our home. Ashley (Project Manager) and Dave were the 2nd company to submit a bid on our basement remodel (thanks to Angi’s List). They came in with very impressive ideas and were extremely transparent with cost figures from the get-go. Meeting Ashely and Dave felt like meeting long lost members of our family. We had a rare comfort level with them right away. We cannot express fully in this limited review how professional Mikey, Tom, Falvio and Pedro were - the do exceptional work. The entire team was top notch, polite, and determined to give 120% to our project. We would never consider seeking construction expertise anywhere else. "

They did an excellent job! Parks and Aubrey was great to work with and always had good ideas when we needed them. "Use DEFENDER GLASS BLOCK, you will not be disappointed in any way! SPECIFIC FACTORS WHY: 1. Answers and returns calls/text right away. 2. Owners Zach – dark haired and Luke – wearing hat (pictures attached) extremely professional, great personalities and honest business practices. 3. Very reasonably priced. 4. Measure and installation within days. 5. No extra work, unless discussed with customer prior. 6. Leave work area clean and installation took about an hour for two windows. When I called Zach (pictures included) answered on the second ring. Was out the same day to measure, and by Saturday, Zach and Luke had two glass block basement windows installed. We will use DEFENDER GLASS BLOCK for all our glass block needs. Highly Recommended!"
