"The job went very well. Rick first tested for mold in the basement and, in two other parts of the house. Test results came back in about a week. We then set up a time for the work to be done. "This was by far the best experience we could have asked for. Our AC wasn’t acting properly, and as usual when something isn’t working it happens at the worst time (middle of summer). Our AC unit was outside of warranty and it was time for a new one. We looked around, were given long wait times and high prices from several other companies. MAP construction made time to fit us in for an initial inspection, detailed everything they would and could do to help the situation, and were extremely reasonably priced. They were on time when coming to start work, updated us on progress throughout the day, and the final bill was even a little under the initial price!! The in home technicians were respectful of our home, clean and very polite, professional, prompt and courteous. The owner, Matt, has even checked up on us to see if everything is to our satisfaction. This is a top notch company, and we will be using them again for any future projects."
