However, in their rush they put a hole in the back of my house with the backhoe and it took them almost 6 months to repair and repaint the damage. "Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. We had multiple companies out to quote the repair (big name companies that you see advertising everywhere). They all wanted to put band-aids on the problem, Hart Masonry was the only company that wanted to get to the heart of the issue and fix the entire basement so the foundation would be good for life. Most of the digging was done entirely by hand and the repair took 3 days less than originally expected which was a nice surprise.They were polite, efficient, willing to work around our schedule, and cleaned up after the work was completed.
