This customer (slum landlord) needed emergency service. We agreed upon $125 for an inspection / estimate. If he agreed to go with one of our options for repairs the $125 would go towards the bill. He didn't hire us so he was charged the $125(which we charged before we roll a truck out). When we arrived the next day nobody was there. We waited another 40 minutes for one of his employees to arrive to an abandoned house, but instead of it being an employee it was another electrician to do the work. His employee finally arrived 30 minutes later. This customer who is not a very happy person called and scheduled as many electricians as he could to get the electrical turned on to his house as fast as possible because it was connected illegally, got turned off by the power company, and he most likely was paying out of pocket to house his tenant in an apartment. Moral of the story be a good person. I pray for you sir. Leaving bad reviews for good contractors is not the answer.Service Provider Response
Sorry you feel that way and we were unable to connect. We played phone tag and you went with the company that was able to install your TV as soon as possible. . I understand people want immediate service when it comes to electricity and their TV but I wish you wouldnt have left a bad review just because we didnt connect over the phone as soon as you like. Sorry you feel that way. We always call before we arrive. You didnt answer so we didnt show up. You also didnt call us back to say you were home. We also followed up a few days later and she never returned our call. After seeing this review I now know why.false
