"We had Dutch's out twice, first for a big mold problem in our attic related to bad ventilation, and then later again when we discovered some mold above our basement windows. Rick and Mark were great to work with both times. You can tell they really care about the quality of work and their customers. I was very freaked out upon finding out that our attic was covered about 2/3 of the way with mold and Rick came out right away the next day to check it out and do a full inspection of the house. He clearly explained what was causing the mold issues and how to get rid of the mold and change our ventilation issues so it wouldn't happen again. After they were done remediating, which was done all in one day, the attic looked great. They also made sure to cover our carpets and cleaned up after themselves. The price was also lower than other places and very fair. Rick even came out again a few months later just to check and make sure everything still looked good after we fixed the ventilation and it did. We later discovered some surface mold that had developed above our old basement windows. Rick and Mark came out and took a look and also checked the attic again and said it still looked great! Mark came back out and sanitized the areas above the windows, and now you can't even tell there was any mold there. He was quick and efficient and so nice! "Jon and his crew installed rafter vents (where the rafters meet the soffit) and blown-in insulation in my attic. The baffling in the rafters was a challenge at first, but Jon's crew persevered and got the vents installed properly. The insulation job was well done with a minimum of the agreed upon 8 inches throughout the attic. I was particularly impressed with the crew's efforts to keep our floors and living area as undisturbed as possible during the prep work as well as while blowing in the insulation. The floors were covered with cardboard taped in place, doors and hallways away from the activity were sectioned off with plastic, and HEPA filter units ran throughout the process to keep the non-work areas free of particulates. The cleanup after the job was excellent as well. I would definitely recommend considering Jon and his services for an attic insulation project."

"Andrew was great. After talking to him on the phone and explained my issue to him we made an appointment for him to come by and solve my problem. I spoke to one of the other pros you suggested, and they didn't read my issue that I posted on my web site, so he was a no go. When Andrew arrived, he was prepared to do the job with tools and materials in hand. As we talked, he briefly mentioned that he installed water systems. Seeing as how he was there to install a filter on my existing system I thought about it a minute and asked him to sit down and explain hid system to me before starting on my project. He was suprised because he came to do what I had asked for.
