Small jobs welcome

"My house is a family house in Ohio, designed and built in 1962 by my Dad. Mom and Dad are gone. I inherited the house in 2015. I grew up in the house, but I live in California, now. I was able to remotely set up the asbestos removal with EnviroGo. Everything went well with the asbestos removal. It was quick and clean. The cost was excellent."

"Incredible work. Took care of a few popcorn ceiling removal jobs for me. Some with asbestos and some without. Would recommend to anyone and will also be using his services in the future."

"Dutch's is one of the best companies I have ever worked with - prompt, professional, honest, and cost effective. The owner and his crew that came out were outstanding and went above and beyond. I truly didn't appreciate just how good of a job they were going to do, otherwise I would have taken before/after pictures. They didn't just remove the mold, they totally redid my basement, reorganized my storage and moved it off the walls, removed a half dumpster of debris, and they took on several handyman projects, including fixing a fire hazard they stumbled upon."

"It was a pleasure working with Mike and Danny. They went above and beyond what was asked for or expected. Not only did they remove the old flooring but also installed the new floor. It's absolutely gorgeous 😍"

"Awesomeness - Dilante Moore and his friendly crew arrived on time and immediately started the abatement process steps to remove several square feet of 9x9 asbestos gray color tiles in the basement of my daughters recently purchased home that was built in the year 1946 (The tiles were hidden under carpet and was not disclosed before the house was purchased). The job entailed complete removal of all asbestos tiles and black mastic adhesive. Five hours elapsed and 'No more tiles' :) All concrete surface revealed and the air quality check by the lab came back negative - all Clear. Afterwards, Dilante and his crew cleaned the area of all debris and even dust on surfaces prior to the abatement process. Dilante was kind to check a few other areas of the house such as the attic and kitchen vinyl flooring, which the latter might contain asbestos fibers. Another test will determine whether Dilante returns for another round of asbestos mitigation. Much appreciated team Perfectos."

Asbestos Removal questions, answered by experts

If you know your popcorn ceiling has asbestos, you should not attempt to clean it. It simply is not possible to learn how to clean asbestos safely without potentially releasing microscopic fibers into the air that could lead to severe illness in the future. Avoid disturbing or cleaning the ceiling until the asbestos removal company can get rid of the popcorn ceiling.

Follow recommendations for removal or remediation to ensure a safe living environment.

Typical methods for asbestos removal include encapsulation, enclosure, and complete removal.

If you are trying to sell a home with asbestos siding, most jurisdictions force you to disclose this in official documentation about the home. Some potential buyers may not want to purchase a home with asbestos siding, which could negatively affect their health if the siding becomes disturbed. However, as long as the siding is in good condition, some buyers may not see it as a disadvantage. You could take on the cost to replace asbestos siding if you have concerns over this material affecting your home’s resale value.

Most manufacturers stopped putting asbestos in linoleum before 1980 due to public concerns about its toxicity. However, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) didn’t ban asbestos-containing products until 1989, and a comprehensive ban was not announced until 2024. This means that homes built after 1989 may still have asbestos in their flooring.
