He had to move my basement sink to install the mitigation system. We originally talked about myself reinstalling it elsewhere but he found a way to keep it where it was. He went above and beyond by reinstalling the sink with his own materials. The work was finished all in one day. He also offers that if the test comes back as above levels then he’ll upgrade the pump or install a second system on him.

I think that all of his work was very good. The results may not have been as good as we both hoped, but did get the results in the acceptable range.

I shopped around for a Radon mitigation system install. I had previously tested for multiple years using an electronic air things radon meter i purchased on amazon. Tim agrees these are accurate meters. I knew from the levels here one day I'd get a system installed. I have a deep 14ft basement, and i live pretty much on an old landfill. So although i couldn't measure for it; methane was also a concern for slab gas intrusion, not just radon. I always call around for multiple opinions and quotes. In my experience, finding someone like Tim will be your last stop. Tim is a true man of his craft. He takes his work very seriously. I had already researched thoroughly how a good radon system must be installed and Tim checked all those boxes during our initial phone consult. Tim answered his phone. I had called 5 radon specialists prior. None of them answered. Only 1 called back, and they took 5 days to do so. Tim is fairly priced. Tim's system reduced my radon levels 95%+ from over 12 pCi.

Tim was great to work with! He first came out to the home to provide a free estimate looking inside and outside the home to see if there was going to be any potential issues with install. We were able to get on his schedule within the following week that worked with our work schedule. Installation was a breeze , he did warn of the possible loud noises but I was still able to work from home with no issues. I called multiple company’s for quote and Stoll Radon was not only the most personable but the best price. Will recommend to anyone needing a Radon system.

They arrived early and completed the project for you. Experienced and knew what he was doing. Used good technique in an updated way. Was able to updated the system since it was old.

First let me say I rarely do ratings. It is just not my thing. But sometimes you run across a situation that causes you to vary from your standard practice. This is one of those times. The bottom line is I was very impressed with this individual! He was professional, polite, and courteous. He showed up when he said he would, actually a bit before. He Went straight to work, worked continually and did everything that was agreed upon. He even did a little extra at my request, with no additional charge. On the initial visit we discussed various options and requirements of our homeowners association: which requires an inside installation, and made this particular job considerably more convoluted. Mr. Stoll was very attentive to our needs and desires, and helped us to determine the best possible, least intrusive routing of our new system. He completed the project exactly as agreed, in an excellent manner! If you need radon mitigation, hire this man and rest easy!!

Tim Stoll did exactly what he said. He was on time for the appointment and the actual work. He was professional and to the point. He performed the Radon mitigation including two crawl spaces that many other companies are hesitant to take-on. He thoroughly cleaned-up after he completed the work. Tim showed up when he said he would and as iit turns out, we had a very complicated situation in our house.
