Mr. Trustworthy looked in my attic and claimed no moisture. Another worker from my A/C company told me there WAS moisture. Although I asked, he never told me what is the black spot on my ceiling. He attempted to cover it up, but I can still see it. He did NOT provide a work order nor bill of sale. My fault, I am 89yrs and should have paid better attention. He also caused some breakage.

Mr. Frank Trust and his employee, Toby, were prompt, extremely thorough, polite, professional and so considerate. Due to a leaking garage roof, mold and mildew developed and much of the stored items were destroyed. Mr. Trust and Toby spent about 7 hours cleaning, decontaminating and power washing the structure. They even cleaned, sanitized, wrapped and packed the personal items that could be saved. They did a fantastic job. Mr. Trust is a genuinely kind man. I’ve already recommended him to a friend. Thank you so very much for the service.
