Water Removal Recovery Service
Overall they did a great job! I did have some issues with lack of information to insurance company but Chris was kind enough to call me and explain conversation he had with insurance company. I am very pleased that the owner took time out of his day to reach out to me. Issue was resolved and I am very satisfied now. I would recommend this company. Thank you Chris and the entire team at CPR.

The insurance company recommended them and I was told I would only pay my deductible. CPR rep came to my house and said I would only pay my deductible. Somehow, when the insurance and this company disagree, they come after me for payment of monies that they apparently overcharged (per the insurance company). I am not happy with my insurance either, but really? Thanks for nothing! I would never hire this company again and I have a very large family and many friends that I will not recommend them to. Their workers removed their masks in my house with my asthmatic children around. If you are working to remove toxins in the air, you might consider what covid is.

CPR has cleaned carpets for my rental properties as well as my home. They did a great job on all our properties. Their entire team is polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend this company!

Water Removal Recovery Service
If I could give them a 10 out of 10 I would. They're some of the nicest folks and we were blessed to have them help clean up a terrible mess left by a backup. They were prompt, hard working and extremely courteous. I will recommend them to everyone I talk to. They're absolutely wonderful people!!

CPR did a big mold remediation project and did an excellent job identifying where the problem was. Then the project was done with a lot of coordination required for several areas. I was very impressed that they were thorough. When I brought up issues to address they were very responsive. We had to leave for a few days and I would come back and check on progress during the days and was pleased at the diligence and thoroughness of the team of people. And the project coordinator Rick was very good to work with. We are so pleased to be back in our clean and freshly restored home thanks to this team.

Did a great job with the cleanup. Could do a better job with the communication of what the process is. Most companies give a brochure or pamphlet of what the job entails and services they provide.No receipt was given for completion of work, other than a PDF of the job quote that was emailed to us.

I was impressed with this company and with "Rick" the man who did my testing. He did a complete examination with all the things he had told me would be done. Won't have the results for a few days but at least I will have peace of mind knowing I will know the results very soon. They came the same day I called and were very prompt.

CPR not only took care of making my home healthier and restored, they work well with others! They have a great partnership with Deerfield Exteriors and when a nest of carpenter ants was discovered in the moldy insulation they made way for First Choice Pest to come out and get 'em. They take their work seriously and work with integrity! Thank you, thank you to Jason and Amy for fine work!

contacted them about a mold clean up issue and the rep from the company said they could take care of the removal, cleaning and restoration of our problem if we filled out a form giving them the authorization to speak with our insurance company....a month later, haven't heard from them...will have to find another way. wated time.

This company was very quick to respond to my inquiry. Very quick to quote (same day). Also, to getting the work done. And a very nice job. In addition they saw a problem with my well water system and alerted me to it in time to prevent a mishap. I am already planning on using them for a different restoration job.

It was unfortunate when we discovered a mold issue in the lower level of our rental home, but luckily we found CPR and Don really took care of us. We live out of state and Don was easy to communicate with - he always made himself available even despite the time change and always kept us in the loop with the progress of the work being done. We are thankful for Don and CPR for making our home safe and livable again!

CPR, Inc. was recommended to me by the plumber who came to fix my broken hot water tank; which burst open after 18 years, and soaked just about everything in my basement. Don did a phenomenal job. First, explaining the scope of work and what would be needed to remediate the issues. Each step they would take in the process and how long the job should last. I felt at ease knowing he cared as much as I did and it showed in the detail he took to keep me informed and take care of everything he promised. Would hire again without hesitation.
