Teana has done a fantastic job! We had been using a house cleaner for almost a year, and, while we trusted the person, we were not satisfied with the work. It can be very difficult to move to a new person, but decided to give Teana a try. We are so happy that we made the switch! She does an impeccable job and it makes our lives so much better! Teanna is GREAT! She is very thorough - makes sure she hits all of the surfaces and leaves the house looking great! Even surfaces that don't "look" dirty get cleaned every week. I can't say enough positive about her work! I'm just glad she's willing to work on the edges of the great-Cinci area - to my home's benefit!

We hired Teana to do an initial deep clean and consider doing a recurring housekeeping. We can be a bit messy and usually let our stovetop and other surfaces and corners of the house go too long between cleaning and dusting. Part of me was worried a deep clean was overkill. I was so wrong! When Teana left, everything was SPARKLING - I just hadn't realized our house could look that way, we would, in no way, be able to accomplish that level of sparkle and polish on our own. On top of the skill and high standards, Teana was super nice and made us feel at ease with explanations and recommendations, since we've never done housecleaning before and don't know the usual tips and etiquette around it. We will definitely book recurring with Teana soon!

Clear Cut Cincinnati changed my life! I have held off on hiring a housecleaning service bc I didn’t think they could clean like I could. Well, I finally decided to give it a try and Teana didn’t disappoint! My house was immaculate! Even my kids said, “Mom, it looks like you cleaned it!” It looked spectacular! "Customer did not follow what was agreed upon contract and attempted to get more for what she was paying. Our team member suggested switching shifts after an hour and a half of performing the service for the customer. We tried to solve this issue with the customer and she chose not to cooperate. The next day the customer apologized for reacting inappropriately and asked for us to continue doing business with her. We decided to refund a portion of the deposit, although deposits are non-refundable and part ways with this customer due to inappropriate behavior. She is now upset because we chose to discontinue the contract. We wished this customer the best of luck with another service that may fit her needs."

We have a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house with 2 small children and no pets. She was very professional in our initial consultation and had great communication. So far, she had completed 2 cleanings for us and both were very well done. She is self motivated and works hard. I highly recommend her for any housecleaning.

The Elegant Maid was prompt in both responding to my request, as well as scheduling a time to meet for a quote and complete the work. We needed a bathroom cleaned after having to use it as a cat's litter area for a while. She did a very thorough job. I would hire again.
