Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "Woke up to a nightmare of dog diarrhea in the upstairs hallway, down the stairs and all over the family room. After picking up the solid parts, I realized that cleaning and scrubbing all of the stains would take at least 90 minutes, as the messes were large and 'puddly.' Robert (the owner) answered my call live - no vm or Ai bot - listened to my problem, told me he had one job to complete before he'd be at my house by 12:30.
