Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! "Woke up to a nightmare of dog diarrhea in the upstairs hallway, down the stairs and all over the family room. After picking up the solid parts, I realized that cleaning and scrubbing all of the stains would take at least 90 minutes, as the messes were large and 'puddly.'
