The team at Copperline is competent and professional. High level of communication and they worked to get things done correctly the first time. They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they'd do. Tough to find this work ethic anymore.

A smart, heartfelt salute to Brian Culliton, owner of Avon Lake, Ohio-based Copperline Heating and Air Conditioning ([*** Link removed ***] Brian rescued us this week when our furnace died. He brought over about a dozen room heaters to ensure our family didn’t have to reenact “Frozen.” Then he personally worked the weekend to remove our mammoth 34-year-old furnace, ancient ductwork and AC, so he and his calvary could begin installing new ductwork and state-of-the-art, energy-efficient Trane HVAC equipment yesterday and today. Yesterday, while we were at work, Brian even unclogged our first-floor toilet and cleaned that bathroom after our son with special needs got a little overzealous with the TP. Today, we have heat! After much reading and research, we narrowed the units we were interested in. We ended up choosing Brian and Copperline due to his promptness in answering our questions, his willingness to guide us and the fact that he is a veteran. He and his team arrived each morning promptly at the appointed time and left each afternoon after cleaning up. The job ended up being more of a hassle than anticipated; but throughout the entire time, Brian kept us informed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I'm not sure why Copperline heating and air-conditioning, is not on the top of the list at least for me since the business is only about a block away. Brian did excellent work at a fair and reasonable price.

As always, very happy with Copperline. Brian makes things very easy. Service done promptly.

Brian and Jeff were professional.  Called and they were able to stop by same day to provide estimate and check out the scope of the job.  They replaced the sump pump same day!  The furnace and A/C were done within a week.  Very happy with the service and they left everything clean when they were finished.  Would recommend to friends/family.

Brian Cullington owner of Copperline LLC Heating and Air Conditioning just completed work on a new furnace and A/C in our home. Our units were 20+ years old, and in need of some maintenance. Brian diagnosed and gave me several options to repair or replace. When I asked what he would do if it were his home the recommendation was replacement of both units due to units' age, efficiency of the new, and enengy cost savings. Brian and Jeff arrived on time each morning, worked long hours and completed the job on time. They went above and beyond what the contract mentioned. What I liked best was Brian did not pressure me, the pricing was great, came in right on budget, work completed on time, and they were extremely easy going/friendly to deal with. I highly recommend Brain and Copperline for your HVAC needs!!

Brian was very detailed and provided a detailed pricing for project. Jeff his assistant is equally professional and precise. They started and finished the project on time. They cleaned up the area each day, just like they found it. I also had a sub pump put in before this project and was equally as satisfied. I really appreciate a service business that delivers completely on what we wanted. Copperline does this better than anyone we've had in these areas. I have switched my Air Conditioning and Heating Services contract over to Copperline.

This was the possibly the fourth time that I've had Brian come to my duplex to do work. First, was fall maintenance on two furnaces. Second, was replacing one of the furnaces with new duct work. Third, adding a new register to the upstairs unit. On this particular occasion, Brian did not let me down. My hot water tank broke overnight and he had it replaced by the same afternoon. His price was a bit higher then the competition on this particular fix (for the others he was at or less then). However, I was comfortable with him doing the work without me being home. Peace of mind covered the extra few doallars. I absolutely recommend Brian for HVAC and water heater repair and replacement to others.
