"On Thursday, the technician (David) came to my house to look at two projects: replacing a leaking electric water heater, and installing a new gas line (in my crawlspace) to my masonry fireplace so I can convert from wood to gas logs. He explained my options, and quoted prices for these options. I asked if he could do the work on the upcoming Saturday, and he scheduled this before he left! I ordered the gas tankless water heater and the gas line to my fireplace. By the way, I had 3 different plumbers look at this work, WyattWorks had the lowest prices. On Saturday David and Alex arrived early in the morning and worked past 6:30 PM to complete both jobs. The installations were great. Everything to code, and with neat, high quality workmanship and thoroughly tested. They cleaned up the work areas and hauled away my old water heater. In other words, a typical WyattWorks job."

"Harmond helped me over video link to test the components in my broken refrigerator. The testing confirmed that it was the compressor that had failed. I purchased a new refrigerator because I decided it was not worth the cost to replace the compressor."

Customers say: Quick response
"We chose the right pro! Marty quickly diagnosed the problem as to why the dishwasher was leaking when it was turned off/not running; but soon after running water at kitchen faucet. Water was leaking from the line connected to the dishwasher due to a cracked valve. The work was completed in less than 30 minutes by this very pleasant gentleman."

"I contacted Plunger Plumber to replace an old outdoor faucet that had been leaking. Joe came out, took a look at the problem, and explained the type of faucet he'd replace it with. We also talked about replacing the old valves underneath the kitchen sink. He quoted a price I felt was reasonable and then he got to work. I was very pleased with Joe's knowledge and the way he explained things to me, as well as with his workmanship. I'd call this company again in the future."

"It went well. The technician called before he arrived. He was thoughtful [put booties on before walking on my rug] friendly and professional. He examined/tested my unit. Good experience."

"It went really well! John and Nate were on the job from start to finish and made us feel comfortable with the full process. At the end of the project we are now left with the master bath that we always wanted. Here are some details:
+ Planning & Scheduling: It was easy to work with John and his team to build the exact bathroom that we wanted, he was open to our ideas while still letting us know what would work well and what might not -- very helpful to us planning our ideal bathroom
+ Professionalism: John, Nate and team would be on time every day and were so friendly throughout the day as we were home a lot with a new baby
+ High quality work: They left us with an absolutely amazing bathroom. Two areas really stand out to us: (1) the tile work is really amazing -- they really did a great job with what I assume is a really tough job (2) the shower is beyond amazing -- they made the shower bigger and created an all glass enclosure with nook and footrest that we really love
+ Responsiveness: Whenever we had any questions on materials or how things would work, John and team would respond to us very quickly
+ Cleanliness: They set up 2 air filters every day which really cut down on the dust/disruption which was very important to us because we had a new born.
Overall, we are extremely happy with the result and would use Desborough Construction for any future remodeling jobs (this is already the second time we've used them).

"Greg came out and evaluated my electric heating system. He made recommendations based on readings he showed me via his meters, and I chose an option he provided that helped make my system more efficient, and more comfortable. Thank you Greg."
