Brett is very professional, answered all of our questions and treats your home like his own. I am a very picky guy when it comes to how things are done. So is Brett. He made sure little things such as the writing on the piping was not visible but put against the wall. Having my sump pump on one side of the house and a family room with a crawl space on the other side, he had to come up with a different game plan. He did and it is hidden very well. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

From Start to finish Brett is a true professional. The communication with the client was excellent and made them feel comfortable and confident that Brett was the right contractor for the job. The installation process was exactly as described and scheduled. The work was completed on time even in the toughest of weather conditions. When finished, the home was clean and returned to it's original condition. The test results showed a level equivalent to outdoor air quality. In my opinion, I cannot recommend Brett strongly enough.

We had a complex basement that needed three areas treated but EEHI was able to consolidate it into one pipe and route the pipe through our garage and out on the side of the house that was most hidden from view. We Rich couldn’t be happier.

Brett was really incredible when it came to the radon mitigation. He came back multiple times and took the time to make sure that the system was 100% perfect. He even upgraded my fan twice in order to make sure that the system was working correctly. He takes pride in his work and he make sure that itâ s done correctly. I called Brett on a Monday evening he answered the phone and was able to schedule me for Wednesday when I needed him to be there. He traveled out of his way I kind of live out of his area. He was very thorough did an excellent job, I would highly recommend him and his expertise.

Brett at EEHI checked whole house radon penetration. He performed a remediation process that fixed the issue. But, he was one of the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous young persons we have met in some time. He took the time to carefully explain what was happening, why, and other things we could do to lessen our radon readings. His equipment placement and cleanup was much better than we thought it could be. Would recommend him to anyone.

In a crazy world, with a hectic life, in the midst of all the chaos involved in buying our first home for our large family of 7, we couldn't have found or trusted a better person for the job of inspecting our potential home! Very knowledgeable, professional, and generally pleasant to work with. Brent went above and beyond to make time for us within our short deadline, despite his very busy schedule and he made absolute certain we knew what we were getting into as far as the state and condition of the incredible, old Victorian structure we are looking to purchase!! The building itself was erected in 1876, and built according to an entirely different standard than anything built in the past 75 years, which means that, as Brent stated, "It needs to be inspected differently than your typical modern building". He was well versed in both old and new with an obvious appreciationfor both, and by the end of his service, was able to give my husband and I total peace of mind, as he went down the list of his concerns, as well as providing a basis of what making the repairs would likely entail, considering his background working construction prior to becoming an inspector. No stone was left unturned and no questions left unanswered, AND we had our complete report by the end of the same day of our inspection!!
