Joe showed up right on time and was at my home for an hour. He inspected my basement and offered varying options to solve my problem. He was extremely helpful in offering solutions and advice. It was more than FANTASTIC considering the situation. Joe was hands on from the start. We had a hidden massive mold issue that we where unaware of until one day our shower wall just fell in. Joe walked us through step by step of the entire process. He told us what to expect as far as worst case and best case scenarios before, during and even after the work was complete. He was always there to answer both mine and my wife's questions without hesitation. We are in the process of buying a new home and will for sure be calling them to come out and test for mold as part of our inspection. Joe, thank you again for making such a horrible situation easier to deal with.

Genpro were absolute professionals in their demeanor and performance. During the times when you need someone the most with a water damage problem this team is second to none very prompt and extremely thorough. I have had the unfortunate event where I have needed genpro services , , but if I had to deal with that circumstance ever again they are exactly who will be doing that work because I feel like I made friends and the value that I received was beyond what I ever expected.
