"To be honest I thought they would have a hard time getting the clog cleared, which I had been working on all week but within about 20 minutes Juan had the line unclogged and the toilet flowing. He was great to work with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone."

"Harmond helped me over video link to test the components in my broken refrigerator. The testing confirmed that it was the compressor that had failed. I purchased a new refrigerator because I decided it was not worth the cost to replace the compressor."

"I contacted Plunger Plumber to replace an old outdoor faucet that had been leaking. Joe came out, took a look at the problem, and explained the type of faucet he'd replace it with. We also talked about replacing the old valves underneath the kitchen sink. He quoted a price I felt was reasonable and then he got to work. I was very pleased with Joe's knowledge and the way he explained things to me, as well as with his workmanship. I'd call this company again in the future."

"Chase Clemens provided an extremely thorough inspection of our basement. He has a tremendous knowledge of basement foundations and was willing to spend as much time as necessary to explain and educate us on our issues. Using his state of the art laser level, he was able to show us areas of potential concern. We would highly recommend Chase and Ohio Basement Authority,"

"Greg was the consumate professional and I would recommend his services to anyone. He addressed a malfunctioning steam humidifier and during the process discovered a faulty part . The part was covered by warranty and Greg reached out to Aprilaire and made arrangements to order the part and come back and install it in a timely manner. I could not ask for anything more. Thanks so much..."

"Yes, they did an excellent job. The only hitch was in a purchased faucet handle for the shower. It was missing screws, so someone had to come back two days later to install the handle. Otherwise, quick and beautiful job completed in one day."
