"All communication prior to installation was over text, call or email. I had to take some pictures and measurements, but nothing too complicated. When the crew came out they were fixing a window that had been installed by someone who wasn’t qualified and didn’t put it in right. The crew showed up 10 mins early talked to me and my wife about everything that they were going to do and knocked it all out in about 6 hours. Their work was AMAZING!"

From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. "The first thing I have to say about Ed Baranek is that he knows his products and his measurements. I watched him and his team install one of the windows in the master bedroom, and I've never seen such a great fit in old work. I was dumbstruck impressed. The aluminum trim was meticulously done and it looks great. Ed has been responsive to all of my technical questions with reason and information rather than condescension. Only time will tell if I'm truly happy with the long term performance of the window, but the short term they seem fine (the difference in exterior noise is huge). The installation will doubtless be fine for the long haul.
I am leaving punctuality as NA due to weather delays which were unavoidable.

"Very well. There were 2 windows cracked in shipping and a screen door that was damaged. They are custom, so had to be made and will be replaced by the Alside service rep in about 2 weeks."
