"Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

While we appreciated that they were willing to take on the project when others wouldn?t, the experience became long, stressful, and disappointing. The job was supposed to be completed by February 1, but after multiple extensions and inspection failures, it wasn?t finished until April 11. Communication was poor?messages were often ignored, and progress only happened when deadlines were enforced by the bank. The owner, Matt Armstrong, frequently complained about his profit margin and failed multiple inspections. Later, his flooring subcontractor came to our home saying he was never paid, even though we paid Matt in full. The subcontractor confirmed Matt owed him $2,000, while we were charged $3,245 for the same work. Now, months later, warranty issues remain unresolved, including swollen doors, vanity drawers that don?t shut, and bulging LVP floors. I cannot recommend this company."
