WE CURRENTLY EMPLOY 12 INDIVIDUALS. SUBCONTRACTORS AND TRADE PARTNERS ARE USED OFTEN IN OUR BUSINESS FOR SERVICES THAT COINCIDE WITH WHAT WE PROVIDE IN -HOUSE. ALL PARTNERS ARE CHECKED YEARLY FOR INSURANCE AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS. WE DO CHARGE $75.00 FOR ALL ESTIMATES. THIS COST IS USED TOWARDS ANY WORK WE PROVIDE FOR YOU. WORK PERFORMED AFTER-HOURS AND ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS ARE SUBJECT TO HIGHER CHARGES. ESTIMATES ARE PROVIDED BEFORE ANY WORK IS BEGUN PER OHIO LAW. They were here quick. They cleaners were good. The office and management team get an "F" for professionalism. I will never use them again and will not refer them to anyone. They could have been more up front with the pricing.

Serve pro was unable to come the same day when my sump pump quite working and water leaked onto our new carpet. So I rented the gear myself, fans and industrial dehumidifiers. When we realized that we needed to make a claim, because we could not move our pool table to dry out the carpet. Our insurance company insisted on sending out Serve pro. The local Serve pro was unable to come out so we we sent a group from Chicago. He came into our basement and said we did everything and there was nothing for him to do and the carpet was dry. He would not move the pool table. He did not call back into our insurance company as required. So we lost days in the process and got another more able company to finish drying our basement. Serve pro's business model does not work. Because, it allows individual contractors to prospect for largest job and not accountable to their actions, leaving the consumer at an increased loss. Even our insurance adjuster said they will no longer use Serve pro in our area because of the multiple problems they had with this company.

Description of Work
These guys were great. Our hot water tank failed in our basement, flooding the entire space. They were quick to clean up the entire area. We had a secondary problem, not related to the hot water tank failure. So homeowners insurance wasn't going to cover it. They talked to their manager and cut me a deal on drying equipment and the labor to fix the area. Just a nice group of guys.

We received our detailed estimate within two business days (there was a ton of measuring and calculation needed for our large family room with cathedral ceilings). Keith offered to have the Duct Cleaning experts to stop over and determine if a vacuuming was necessary. They met me at the house and inspected several ducts, returns, and the furnace. After the inspection, they advised me that no duct cleaning was necessary and they would just be taking my money unnecessarily. It's great to know there are still honest companies out there that aren't always after the almighty dollar! We are in process of scheduling the cleaning. I will update this review afterwards.

We contacted Servpro of Delaware to provide an estimate to clean our walls & ceiling due to wall damage. Also planned to have them vacuum our ductwork & dryer vent. Keith arrived on time and was very informative on all the options.

The entire process went very well. I had been looking for a cleaning company for some time. They came out took the panels down because of the fabric they did not want to clean them on sight so they took them to a dry cleaners for me and then re-hung them for me. Chad and Walter, we're very nice and I would gladly recommend servpro.

Sump pump failed and we had water in the basement. They came out within an hour of me calling and immediately went to work taking out pad and drying carpet. They came out several times to check on drying process and test for mold. Replaced pad and cleaned entire carpet.

When the guy showed up to my house he had no ladder, I had to provide him with one. He checked out the area and didn't seem to know what he was doing or how to fix the problem and he told me that they would have to refer me to another contractor where just the testing was going to be quite expensive.

We sincerely apologize for your poor experience with us. Upon reviewing this file, it was determined that not enough information was obtained on the initial phone call taken by our office staff. The estimator was not given the information he needed to be prepared regardin the ladder. As for the secondary contractor being needed, it was determined that the mold problem was not visible and that the only way to discover the amount present was to bring in a company that does air testing for mold spores. It is a conflict of interest for a cleaning company to do air testing in our opinion. Again, we apologize for your experience with us and the lack of explanation that was provided to you regarding the work necessary to remediate your mold problem.

Keith did a good job at removing my mold and cleaning up after he was done, I would hire him again, but hopefully I won't have to!
Description of Work
We had mold growing from inside our wall due to a cracked pipe. Keith Cotrill removed the mold and then cleaned up the area, he left an air scrubber for 2-3 days in a contained area.
