"I can’t recommend 12 Kilo highly enough! They replaced my old shower bath with a beautiful new walk-in shower, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. He made my dream shower even better than imagined! What really stood out was their professionalism and flexibility. They worked around my schedule without any issues, arrived on time every day, and completed the project faster than I expected (my husband was surprised every day by how much was completed already). The work area was kept tidy and they treated my home with respect. This is the 2nd job I have hired them for, the first was to replace a water softener that had leaked. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and tidy plumber who goes above and beyond, 12 Kilo is the one to call."

"Chance was great. He installed our 3-stage water filtration system (US Water sediment, carbon, and Pulsar UV) with an existing softener, a new water heater, and fixed two shower leaks (one drain, one valve). In all of these, he efficiently evaluated each system and made the necessary updates. This was working with a plumbing system originally installed in the 1980s. Fair pricing, and very professional. We highly recommend him."

"They could not complete the install without redoing all the plumbing which I declined."

"It went excellent.  He said I didn't need his services.  He told me what was wrong with each of the water issues I had in my basement, and he told me how to correct them myself.  I was very happy.  He was very honest, frank and helpful.  He spent close to an hour at my house, gave me great advice and didn't charge me a dime.

"Amazing response time due to the fact it was a Sunday afternoon. H2O had the plumber (Scott) at my residence within two hours. Scott was professional, knowledgeable and explained carefully all aspects s of the repair. A great choice!"

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

Unity water has been in business since 1954.In 1985 we became a Kinetico dealer. We service the northwest corner of Ohio.Kinetico is made in Newbury,Ohio keeping Ohioians working. We feel our products are as ''green'' as water conditioning products get.Kinetico's softners don't use electricity,so their's no timers to set. It uses soft water to clean itself so your salt usage is half compared to most units. It uses very little water to clean itself so that's another big savings.Plus you get a complete parts waranty until two thousand and 20 that's a long time!!! Kinetico's drinking water units have a 500 gallon meter shut off built right in!! The new K5 reverse osmosis unit gives 3 times the pressure as most units. The filters replace really easy [a quarter turn]Again the parts are warantied until 2020!!If you need plumbing done we can do it.We service Kleck and Autotrol units also. We'll look at any type of softner or filter and if we can't fix it we won't charge you. 800-886-5585
