Chance was great. He installed our 3-stage water filtration system (US Water sediment, carbon, and Pulsar UV) with an existing softener, a new water heater, and fixed two shower leaks (one drain, one valve). In all of these, he efficiently evaluated each system and made the necessary updates. This was working with a plumbing system originally installed in the 1980s. Fair pricing, and very professional. We highly recommend him.

Could not have been a bigger waste of my time. Hired and paid. Then told me they didn't have the qualification to fix the pipe. Told me it would be a month while he got certification as contractor. Told me he would be testing in March. Today calls to tell me that he won't be testing until May. Gigantic waste of my time, and hen, to make it perfect, shorted me a dollar on my refund after holding the money since early February. If this is Angi, take a look around for a better source.

Chance's work on the plumbing we needed done was excellent-- he was punctual, communicative, polite, professional as well as how the replacements of the many pipes and fixtures were executed. He was able to effectively troubleshoot the issues that arose when coordinating with the city utilities, taking initiative when I ran into a conflict. He also was willing to work with our schedule and went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend.
