It went pretty well. I did have to stay on them to continue to keep moving. I think sometimes they bite off more than they can chew. The workers were very friendly and proffessional

Did not go well. I feel job was way too big for their equipment and knowledge. After a couple of days and water only going down 6 inches, decided to hire another company. That company had water completely out in same amount of time. Still had to pay Talon $375.00 for an unsuccessful job.

Talon is competitively priced, timely in performing their work, and overall extremely professional. The quality of their work is excellent. In fact, we've hired Talon several times over the last few years.

I've used Talon Restoration and Cleaning for several home improvement projects over the past year and have been extremely pleased with their work. Denny (President) is always so friendly, honest and professional. He listens to what's important, offers advice and works within your budget. Most importantly, he makes sure you are pleased with the outcome. Talon has installed a kitchen backsplash, custom ceramic shower, custom fireplace surround, hardwood flooring and new carpeting in my home. They have always finished on time, within budget and exceeded my expectations. I recently had them clean my carpets and upholstery and was thrilled with the results. I will use them in the future and have already recommended them to family and friends.

They were great. From the moment they walked in, until they left - very professional. They communicated each step of the way and had to do more than they expected, but didn't charge me more. They were a pleasure to work with, they did great work and truly went over and beyond my expectations.

Talon did a fast and excellent job of getting the house clean again. They were punctual and friendly. They treated my home with respect, being careful to not mar the walls or damage anything with their equipment. I wish all contractors were as reliable and conscientious as Talon.
