9:24 Renovations

The 9:24 renovations business is a bit unprofessional. Not careful about damaging my kitchen flooring. Owner wanted payment for service into his personal bank account not a business account. The owner was good but not great. No reimbursement for damaging my luxury vinyl floors and hacked up a new counter top. The owners pricing for additional work for this project was outrageous. (Ex. Customer bought soft close drawer guides ($120.00) owner charged $400.00 for installation after customer spent $2600.00 for this project. A waterline was hit during the cabinet installation and caused the customer 2 days without water and $210.00 in repair parts. The owner took not responsibility for major water leak saying it was an existing condition. A major 3/4 water line was hit. The owner did repair the line with customer purchased parts. The owner was concerned with his time for project completion more than making it right. Very questionable company , no recourse for damage claims . Scary.

For our kitchen make over, we hired Kaden (9:24 Renovations) to install our kitchen cabinets. What a blessing! Not only did we experience a truly honest and respectful person to work with but he worked hard to install our cabinets, including drilling the holes to add the handles, and to make them look beautiful on walls that were not completely square. His desire was to be sure we got everything we wanted and he was willing to keep working with us until we were satisfied. I highly recommend 9:24 Renovations for quality work, fair pricing and just the opportunity of working with great people!

I had 9:24 paint my bathroom, and he was professional and got the job done quickly. Love the new look!
