When Bill noticed a few issues with the wood product we provided, he notified us immediately and determined how to make it work. "Everything wiht the Sales presentation through the install was EXCELLENT!!! The only issue we had with the transaction was the financing. My wife and I had to spend time, multiple phone conversations as well as emails, to try and get everything straightened out. They still weren't able to get everything finalized however, we will talk again as we get closer to our payoff."
