John and Troy are the two guys that run the company. They are also the installers. After being hired they arrived early on the day of installation, we're prepared, took care of business and the best of professional manners, and we're super friendly, but keeping the work going. The entire project was finished in about 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Their pricing is fair, they're fully equipped to handle any situation, and their work stop notch. Did excellent job

Fantastic care and service. Even before we hired them, they repaired our old garage doors so they would function until replaced. They installed our new Safeway garage doors (9' and 16') as well as all the rails, springs and other hardware. The new doors are very solid and quiet in addition to looking great. We were very impressed with how meticulous Troy and John were down to the smallest detail to make sure everything worked and looked perfect.

John and Troy were extremely personable and professional. They were highly informed about all aspects of garage door repair and offered options and great rates on improvements. They even offered invoicing for a repair that I did not anticipate, but needed. My experience with Akron Canton Garage Doors LLC was extremely positive. I will definitely call them for future repairs and refer them to my friends and family. I usually don't write this much in a review, but I very much appreciated their excellent service!
