During the job, the team cut shower panels on top of our brand-new laminate flooring, damaging several tiles. They replaced the damaged sections using our spare materials but didn?t offer reimbursement. The most serious issue was payment handling. We weren?t told payment was due immediately upon completion. My partner, the only one home, informed them he had to leave for class. They repeatedly called and texted, demanding payment within 15 minutes and threatening to rip out the shower if not paid. We were not upset about payment but the aggressive approach and lack of communication. After leaving this review, we received follow-up messages that guilted us, claiming we were hurting a family-owned business. This review reflects the poor communication and unprofessional behavior, not the remodel quality."
