Josh and Dave did an excellent job, and the finished product results represent years of knowledge and skills in the drywall business. I had extensive water damage in my home and wanted a contractor that could offer quality work at a competitive price. JTD Builders exceeded my expectations on both accounts and their expertise was evident with the drywall hanging, prefills, taping, mudding, and sanding to ready the drywall for painting. They were very responsive to my requests and now I'm finally on my way to getting my home back to normal. I highly recommend JTD Builders.

Josh did a great job being flexible with my needs and tiling schedule. 1 week project by Josh turned into 1 month due to him getting other jobs to work on. Overall was pleased and did a good high quality job.

Don't waste your time. If I could have given no stars I would have. We had a deal and after waiting all summer for him to start the job he never showed up and never returned any calls. Left me in a total jam scrambling at the last minute to find someone. Totally undependable.

We hired Josh to complete drywall installation in a multi room large basement. He did not complete the job even after being paid IN FULL for the whole job. We made numerous attempts to contact him to finish the work (all that was left to do was the bathroom). After a few voicemesages he finally called us back and was scheduled to return to finish the work the following week, but never showed up and we haven't heard from him since.

Josh is really good at his craft. I would recommend using him to all people I know.

Josh was such a blessing! In no time at all he removed old ugly paneling from my spare bedroom and installed new sheetrock all around. The walls, ceiling, and newly framed closet look absolutely fabulous. Josh went above and beyond my expectations for this project by completing the work faster than anticipated without sacrificing excellence. Josh showed up on time for our initial meeting and was professional and helpful. He was able to quote on the spot and show me ways to save money. Josh did an excellent job taping and sanding our basement. He finished in a very timely manner all why doing an extremely neat job. He is a perfectionist and any work he does will be executed perfectly. He cleaned up everything when he was finished. We highly recommend him and would use no one else to do this sort of work.
