"I purchased a 1968 mobile home that I was told was 'turn key' but it was very far from it. Ann and Craig came in to save the day after another contractor left me high and dry. They were efficient, friendly, open, quick to communicate and if plans needed to shift, they let me know. When I noticed something that needed to be changed, they did so easily without hesitation. They installed vinyl flooring (that has stayed true through every northeastern season), re-installed kitchen cabinetry, plumbing, lighting and have even helped with mouse remediation (blocking key entry points with creative solutions) I can't recommend them highly enough."

"We wanted to add a master bathroom to our bedroom I was skeptical mostly of the plumbing due to the location first contractor came appeared confident to do the job within budget then ghosted. Eric responded and met with us reviewed the project scope and budget came back with his partner John devised the plan and they handled everything from there with permits and all materials involved. Walls should be as smooth as possible before applying peel-and-stick wallpaper. Although you technically can apply wallpaper on textured walls, the peel-and-stick variety won’t last long without a clean, smooth surface for the adhesive to stick to. If you have textured walls, consult a pro about removing the textured finish before moving forward with wallpaper.

Drywall mudding can be done in one day if the project is small and the desired effect isn’t too complex. If you need multiple layers of mud, one day may not be realistic. But a single room that requires little more than joint compound on the seams and screws can be done in a day or two.
