Phil Trifaro took accurate measurements and informed of the installation process. They worked with my schedule on installation time. Now time for installation, Phil introduced us to both installers, Latchmal and Rocky and got our renovations started. He and Felicia also stopped in to make sure our projects were running smoothly. Our workmen paid excellent attention and were meticulous with all details. Their work was accurate and precise in every aspect. Our projects took four days to complete. Each evening we went over what had been done, everything was cleaned picked up and stored for the next days work, in addition to being informed regarding what would come next. "We recently had two windows replaced by C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. The decision to have the work done was difficult for us, since I have successfully replaced most of the other windows in the house myself, and those results have been highly satisfactory. There have been no problems and lots of compliments from friends. However, the process was time consuming and not easy. Besides, we anticipated additional problems replacing these windows due to peculiarities with the location, which was one reason they were last on our replacement list. "Ani and his brother were timely, communicative and sent updates when each piece of work was done. The old pool house old building had issues that were revealed as work progressed, and Ani gave me quotes for what each repair would cost. He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well. He was clear and direct, which is how I like working with someone. I would recommend A&K construction and will definitely hire them again for future projects."

"This was the second attempt to install my tub liner as the first installer cut the liner short and may have damage a couple of wall tiles in the process. A new tub liner had to be reordered and a different installer by the name of Paul Norton came out to the house to complete the job with a new liner. Paul was very courteous and professional in explaining everything that had to be done and even was able to repair the damaged tiles in a satisfactory manner. Except for the inconvenience of needing to have Bath Fitter come to my house for a second time to complete the job that should have been completed on the first try, I am happy with the final result and Especially the installer (PAUL NORTON) that came to the house the second time and finished the job.
