For the mason contractors to properly fix the inside and outside of the cracked foundation they had to take out an old concrete patio slab. They fixed the foundation cracks and put in a new slab, filled in three basement windows, replaced two basement windows, installed two window wells, installed drainage pipe for gutter run off, and added fill around the foundation to make positive grade. Serena and Bo kept us in the loop every day to tell us what work was being performed for each day. We will definitely be using Staats Masonry again for any of our other future concrete jobs
- Concrete ExpressionsDo not hire this people! The list is too long to publish as to how bad my experience was with them. I paid them a lot of money (well into the six figures) and everything was a hassle. They never showed up on time, they charged even more then what we agreed to, project too double the time to complete, they planted 30% less than what was listed on the estimated regarding the plants the quality of work just bad. He said he would guarantee all his work for one year and now I’m trying to get ahold of Victor (the owner) and he’s not responding for months to any of messages at all. Again don’t hire these guys! You will be sorry
