Alex did a great job relocating an outlet for me so my pool pump cord could reach it. He also did a great job replacing the plug on the pool. Doing it all while it was pouring rain and roads being flooded. Also the price was very fair

"Tom at Lacuna pools was very professional. He got our liner installed ahead of schedule and it looks great. They left no mess behind and they followed up on their work. Brian at Lacuna Pools was also excellent. He came out after hours to demonstrate proper filter and equipment usage. He was insightful and extremely helpful. The ONLY thing that keeps us from giving a five star rating was that they were difficult to get in touch with by phone. MINOR inconvienience. We would DEFINATELY have no problem recommending Lacuna Pools to anyone needing pool matinence, repair or liner installation. Not 5 star, but 4.9 for sure."
