In preparation, all walkway areas were draped with drop cloths or 5 mil plastic sheeting (chemical area). Mr Sicko explained the overall work activity and answered all of my wife's questions or concerns before starting. We opted for a tub color enhancement, for an additional cost, so that our old "bright white" 1950's tub would now match the American Standard replacement toilet shade of white (a slightly softer, "creamer" shade). The tile floor refinishing was equally impressive. The old grey/white tiles with areas of patch work repair behind the toilet and any discolored grot lines were now a uniform color of light grey ("stone") with a slightly flecked surface giving the floor the desired very clean appearance."

They came in here and in 5 days, as promised, remodeled our entire second-floor bathroom at a very fair price. They replaced our tile floor with marble, replaced the vanity, sink, and toilet, and replaced a tired old bathtub with a walk-in shower that looks like it came out of a home design magazine. They also replaced 2 other toilets in our home while they were here. Were they timely? You could set your clock by these guys! They showed up every morning on time, worked non-stop, and cleaned up as they went, not they made much of a mess at all. I did a lot of this type of work in my younger days so I can be a bit judgmental, but I could not find one single issue with the work they did. Sergey was a pleasure to deal with. He answered emails and texts in a timely manner and did not sneak in any extra charges at the end. He gave us exactly what we asked for. His crew, Alex, Eugene, and Slavo (not sure I have the spellings correct) and his father were fantastic, each one a true craftsman. Trust me, I do not know any of these guys nor do I know anyone who knows them, and I am not related to them. This is a straight-up, 100% honest review. "I had asked fr a free estimate to have my bathroom tub redone. I was under the impression te old one would be removed & replaces with a brand new one. This company leaves your existing tub and adds plastic side wall panels to it. NOT WHAT I WANTED DONE."

The old pool house old building had issues that were revealed as work progressed, and Ani gave me quotes for what each repair would cost. He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well.
